Tracy Olson serves as the Alumni Coordinator at XPRIZE, bringing her expertise to the Partnerships & Impact team. In this role, Tracy facilitates connections between alumni, fosters engagement, and supports initiatives aimed at maximizing impact beyond XPRIZE competitions.

Tracy envisions further strengthening alumni networks to amplify the reach and effectiveness of XPRIZE initiatives, ultimately advancing solutions to some of the world's most pressing challenges. 

Prior to joining XPRIZE, Tracy was a think tanker at The Brookings Institution, with a focus on researching scaling education innovations globally. Before that, she served on the Operations team for the Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders. Tracy holds an MS in Development and the Global South from University College Dublin and a BA in Geography from Colgate University. 

Tracy resides in Washington, DC with her partner. In her free time, she loves to travel, do crosswords, and walk along the National Mall with her dog.
