Help Desk Associate

Wesley Liu joins XPRIZE as a Help Desk Associate with 4 years of experience within Information Technology in both the gaming and electric power industry. He is the first point of contact for the Foundation for support tickets and daily IT needs and will work closely with end users to ensure resolution.  

In his previous role, Wesley was responsible for performing a wide range of installations from managing onboarding to imaging and setting up new hardware, and even oversaw system migrations. He regularly updated and managed all company devices to ensure all systems adhered to policies and compliance requirements for both the users’ benefit as well as the company’s peace of mind. This made him a critical element of the digital safety strategy.  

Wesley attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona where he received his Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. During his spare time, you’ll find him watching Marvel movies on opening day or watching a Lakers game.
