Danielle Warner is the Senior Crisis Response Manager for Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, where she leads the deployment of mission-critical communication assets during crises and large-scale events. She works on the ground, closely with public safety agencies, emergency operations centers, and relief shelters to ensure seamless and reliable communication when it matters most.

With more than 25 years at Verizon, Danielle has partnered extensively with the Department of Defense, Federal Law Enforcement, and numerous other agencies to deliver advanced data and communication solutions on a large scale. Earlier in her career, she was a member and collaborated with the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) as a Verizon volunteer, helping shape the company’s state-level preparedness strategy.


Danielle is a seasoned Part 107 commercial drone pilot with over five years experience. She has played a pivotal role in high-stakes search and rescue missions, VIP operations, and delivered vital situational awareness to first responders during catastrophic events. Beyond the field, Danielle serves on the Steering Committee for a statewide drone agency, advocating for women’s advancement in drone technology and STEM careers.


Beyond her professional work, Danielle is deeply involved in her community. She serves on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for a local nonprofit that supports the immediate needs of at-risk and foster children in West Michigan. Additionally, as Vice President of the Athletic Boosters for her children’s school district, she helps raise funds to keep school sports thriving and accessible to all students.


Danielle lives north of Grand Rapids, Michigan, with her husband and their six children.
