Ujjwal Kumar is Founder & CEO of Quantum Alliance, securing the critical minerals, energy infrastructure, and supply chains that underpin AI systems and global food networks. He is also Co-founder of Cognisee AI, where Silicon Valley builds superintelligence to replace humans, Cognisee builds it to augment them.
Kumar previously led digital transformation at the United Nations FAO, working at the intersection of technology and global food systems. He is a German Federal Foreign Office alumnus and has advised on AI governance and supply chain resilience across the US, India, and Europe.
He is the creator of Q Fellows, backed by the Harvard Salata Institute, Eric and Wendy Schmidt, Stanford Mineral-X, and Common Mission Project. Most fellowships teach students to build for attention. Q Fellows puts them on problems the world depends on but nobody is solving.
Kumar holds an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School as a Mason Fellow and serves as Non- Resident Tutor at Harvard University. He is a Siff Award winner at Harvard Innovation Labs and an XPRIZE Global Visionary.
